Came with my non-English speaking father to get a simple blood work and as we were trying to fill out the screening forms we were told that I could not translate for him and that he had to do it himself. We weren't provided with any translators or asked how we could be helped in order for him to complete his form and get his blood work done. We were then turned away and sent home since they disallowed me (who is fluent in English) to translate for him. Disappointed in customer service and unfair treatment to non-english speaking patients.
