Coffee is not complimentary. Otherwise I would have left 5 stars. Kids had a blast and the hotel is very family friendly. Lots of stuff for the kids to do like the water park, pool, game room, arcade room.. and even a bar for the adults. A good choice for a fair price.

This place is not as advertised… don’t let the photos fool you. Our jaws dropped when we drove up the driveway, this place is so rundown and dirty. We did not feel comfortable staying here. This place needs a serious upgrade…. looks like nothing has been updated on the place since the 80’s, its bad. We ended up finding somewhere else to stay. On a positive note I will add, the people at the front desk were very polite and helpful.

I honestly loved it! It's a great place to go for the day! Take the kids and have fun! Very affordable, food was amazing, you can rent a Cabana if you wish, multiple slides and a lazy river, a baby pool as well 😉 Lifeguards on site! We had an amazing family day without having to spend much or make long lines!

Upon arriving to the hotel, my 1st impression was that it looked worn, run down and old. I went in to obtain my wrist bands to the water park while I awaited the check in at 4. We proceeded to the water park and there were no seats available so I rented a cabana. The seat covers were worn, torn , stained and there was a birds nest above us. The cabana curtains were stained. Everything just looked so dingy. However I just tried to do my best to enjoy it, ordered some drinks that were really good, Went to the game room and had a good time. 4 arrives and room wasn't ready because previous guests checked out late. We were told to wait another 1hr to 1hr in half. The staff member did not offer any discount, accommodations or compensation for the wait. In the end we left and didn't stay. I would not recommend this hotel. It is in serious need of maintenance, cleaning and updating. Not worth the $!!

So not true we have been there 3 times and no problems it is great hotel
They put it very nice in the photos but when you arrive you want to leave I stayed because I had already paid but at least the pool was clean and I did not like the first room so I had them change me for a better one but I will not return again never there

Just got back..no.. water park only open Thursday thru sunday..closed mon ..tues and wed..good thing is they do have a nice large pool that is open.
No, but they let us use a cooler of with alcohol in it...no glass bottles by the pool.
I know it's got to be incredibly frustrating to lose your phone due to all the personal information that we usually carry in it. The staff seem very helpful for me I would think they would have been able toidentify exactly who had access to your room. I did see them unboxing several AC units during my stay. I would hope they would have offered you some type of compensation for the issues you experience. my stay was pleasant the price was very reasonable for the accommodations we had no issues. They do provide a safe that was convenient for my electronic devices
If you have a reservation is free. They open the slices at 10:00am until 6:00pm. The pool will be open until late. To Know only about the water park access, call them.

I believe just the pool its $15 if you are staying it comes with the stay. Also be aware there is a $28 charge extra for the "resort" fee.

Had to pay 100.00 security deposit plus the daily resort fee on top of the room price.
I paid $40 for hotel and $21 resort fee that included water park. It was so worth it

It's about 30mins away from most of the Disney Parks (depending on traffic).
Yes they do have refrigerators and microwaves coffee pot too. If you're going to the water Park that's in the middle of the hotels try and get one in the middle they're usually nicer
Yes, waterpark temperature felt like 80 degrees plus in Dec-Jan. Very warm. Feels fine in 60's weather until you get out. If it's in the 60's and sunny pool will have a lot of people in it. If it's in the he 60's cloudy and/or windy they may close it. Some were using the pool in the mid to high 50's on a sunny calm day. Nice place for the price.
No but my family absolutely loves visiting there! Our rooms are always clean. We are always welcomed with great staff!
