I am usually a big fan of AutoZone, but this time the guy who helped me made fun of my car, didn't help me find the part I needed, and was reluctant to help me check my lights (contrary to my prior experiences there). The other guy was more helpful, so I think it was likely due to a lack of experience and professionalism.

Only auto parts store open late in downtown Puyallup which is super convenient. Staff is pretty friendly and have a pretty good idea on their inventory and can point you in the right direction if you have a question.

Staff helpful as usual. Even my last visit when I returned their code reader thing and the gentleman's computer wouldn't connect to the reader to print out my results. But the guy got it working on another computer when the printer decided to snooze. He stayed calm and professional at all times and I left with my print out in a timely manner.
