Touchless carwash is fine. Pay for your package, drive in and car washed. The reason for the 2 stars is for the chronically broken token machine and the inability to use the vacuums. On 4 different occasions since late 2021, I've washed my car there. All 4 times the token machine was broken. The vacuums only take tokens. A bit frustrating really. Just need to vacuum after the wash and I end up driving to a second location. They may be a best vacuums in the world! But, alas, I feel as if I will never know! LOL!!

Well. Had to drop this back down stars. I still like the fact my dually can go through here but on the last visit there was a malfunction. During the color foam cycle only half my vehicle was sprayed and it was a very light and spotty application. After I left I called the office number to inform them. It was late so I got the voice message system. I left a detailed message and never heard back. I guess maybe the best way to run a business is to not have the ability to refund someone's money for a service they paid for but didn't get? Update: After my last review on Yelp & Google they responded to contact them. I did again and they offered a free wash code. That was the right thing to do.

I don't recommend this car wash business! They use dirty water to wash your vehicle and leave it soapy. I took my vehicle in for a wash and left with soap suds all over it. I didn't want the soap to dry on my vehicle so I decided to rinse it off and while doing that, found that the SUV wasn't washed at all! It was so dirty that I took a washcloth and used it to clean my SUV. It was so dirty afterwards. The whole SUV was still dirty, fenders, bumpers, doors, rear gate. I'm never going back to the elephant car wash; what a waste of money! I know my car was dirty, but you would think a car wash would 'wash' your car.
