I have ALWAYS been able to call the -0123 extension at the 160th St branch in South Hill since 1994 and get a real person to answer my call. Now NO ONE ever picks up. NEVER!

I’ve gone to so many different Wells Fargo accounts and I am always served with disrespect when I come to this particular branch. Today, my bank teller rolled her eyes at me when I told her about how the other banks treat me. Her name is Crystal Ann. The manager here is extremely rude as well (happened on another occasion). I’ve been getting a lot of offers from Wells Fargo for their credit cards and other promotions and I can assure you, just from my multiple poor experiences at this particular branch, I will never bank with Wells Fargo. Horrible customer service. Do not give them your business. Go to BECU instead, always friendly and welcoming.

I as a supervisor am very disappointed in this team. On multiple occasions to bring in my store deposits, they have complained to each other right in front of me about the kind of deposit bags my company gives me. They have done it to my co worker as well. It is very unprofessional. Isn’t it their job? On multiple occasions I have had to drive back from work because they have counted wrong and not given me all our money. They accused my co-worker of not counting the money right before visiting them and that they have to stand there and count it because of our bags. Ashlei on multiple occasions has been very rude about our non dual pouch bags even when she isn’t the one counting. It is almost as if we are inconveniencing them but I was under the impression that this is their job. I hope that something can be done about this because it is super unprofessional.

Be warned. I am a 15 year existing customer of WF and am a serial entrepreneur. I recently started another business (Big Potential) and went to WF to open a new business account. I had all of the normal documentation in hand but WF didn't think that was good enough. They wanted a certified physical copy of the WA State registration statement instead of relying on what other banks do which is check the WA State web site. As hard as it is to start up and run a successful business, the last thing any of us need is for our own bank to place unnecessary roadblocks in our way. I immediately went down the street to Chase Bank where they were eager to welcome me as a new business account. Chase checks the WA website and didn't' need any certified copy. SOLVED - Someone with Corporate contacted me, investigated and found that the the branch personnel had not been fully trained up on this aspect. His next activity was educate the branch people and I assume that has been done.
