Jim Gillette is responsive to the needs of the tenants and guests here and is always willing to resolve any issues. The property is beautiful and will only get better as improvements continue.

This is a great place to stay. Super clean, they do renovation every day and maintenance so that's great for us. That means they taking care of the place 100%. The customer service is always helpful. I stayed for 3 months and had no issues. Thanks, East Toho RV.

Today is 9/20/2021, and it officially sold a week ago. A ton of reno is under way, good stuff happening. A lot of people working since early, every day. Happy to see this park getting some needed maintenance.

No, it isn't. I asked them a week ago (mid-march 2022) and they said there is no plan to reopen the restaurant. Also, the pool was supposed to be open and ready by March 10th, but they didn't say which year so maybe by 2023 there will be a pool. 🤷
I dont think they have an after hr number. If you are just getting here, we just took a spot until they opened back up. Hope this helps.
Yes, there are a lot of permanent residents here. Price varies according to lot size. I suggest you call in to ask for pricing.

The park and the cabin are great but management suck.
Prices change every year. Best to call and speak to a manager that can advise you on current price.
For the cabins it's 79 a night plus tax camp sites for your camper vary in price.

Not sure about the R.V. Park. Cabin rentals are (we're??) $65.00 per night. Don't think they rent them yearly.
Basic cable is included in the monthly rent. I have been here since February 2017, and I DO have basic cable without any additional fees.
