Terrible Experience! I was back in the dealership twice within the first two weeks of buying my car because of trasmission failure and blower motor issues!! The GM refused to take the car back. When I complained to the Better Business Bureau- Keyscales Ford retalliated by puttting me on the no service list. They told me if I took my complaint down they would service my vehicle again! The Service Manager (I have it recorded) said "It hurt their reputation having the complaint up" Save yourself the stress in a big investment and drive 10 miles to Mt. Dora. They are so wonderful up there! They always seem to have an expcuse with the bad reviews on here! They never take ownership of their mistakes. Horrible Customer Service. They are Con- Salesmen at their finest.

Bought the car new at this dealership. Tried for three weeks to get the service department to call me back after leaving voicemail to make an appointment for a recall. Ford of Claremont saved the day. They answered the phone made an appointment and fixed the car in a timely manner. The good news is that I have found a new Ford dealer.

I worked with Erin for the purchase of my 2022 F-150 XLT. Great experience and she was very kind to drive an hour out of her way to pick me up (my wife was recovering from surgery) so I could bring my truck home. I didn't spend much time at the dealership proper, but they seemed to be really nice people and Erin has been great to work with. They also gave me a lifetime powertrain warranty for my truck and I added on the Ford protection and maintenance plans too. My truck is gonna last me a good long time! Great experience!
