Today we had your Representative come and help unscrew the filter holder and check our system and tested our water. He was very courteous, fast and direct. We really liked him and hope that we can have him personally next time we need our water system tested.

Juan called and told us he wpuld be at pur house in 30 min. He arrived on time rang bell introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. He went to work finished in great time. Explained the charges and asked if I had any questions. I asked him to check the water pressure in the undersink tank which he did. Great experience grest employee. He is a keeper Tim Francis

Great question. Kinetico softeners are non-electric and as a result use no energy, because of this they do not qualify to apply for Energy-Star status. At risk of stating the obvious when considering Kinetico water treatment systems you are purchasing the ultimate energy-efficient product, since you cannot use less energy than no energy.
Hello Melanie. Great question! Most of our customers do package a Kinetico whole house water system with a Kinetico drinking water unit for maximum filtration. Each system serves a different purpose in your home.
