Had some issues with my lawn tractor. Had only 21 hours on it and they said to bring it to them. I figured it would be there for at least 2 or 3 weeks, but the employee said, "let's just take a look at it." Within a half hour, they fixed it and had me take it home again. With that, they also gave my soon to be 7 year old, who just happens to LOVE John Deere, a toy and hat. Wonderful people, wonderful staff, and a great place to recommend. Thanks.

After ordering and paying for the mower on a Friday, I was told the additional parts I ordered would be in and installed the following week. I should expect delivery by the end of the following week. When that didn’t happen, numerous calls to the store manager went unreturned. Then went into the store, figured they couldn’t ignore me in person. I finally spoke with someone who was completely honest and admitted they dropped the ball. He had the parts installed and the mower was delivered the same day. Let’s face it, mistakes can happen, and because I ran into an honest individual, I will give these folks a second chance.

I looked on Amazon for a set of mower blades, but decided to forego the convenience and drive the 30 minutes to go here instead so my 3 year old son could see the tractors outside that we drive by once in a while. Got there for my 1st time today about 20 minutes before closing and my son and I were greeted nicely as soon as walked in. While he was checking out the huge selection of toys, one of the ladies who works there talked with him for a second and found him a John Deere hat just his size...made his day!! She also grabbed the set of blades for me that I had called in about. Professional, knowledgeable, and had what I needed in stock, but beyond all that, they were as friendly as anyone could ask for. Worth every bit of the drive AND their price ended up being better than Amazon to top it all off. Thank you for such a great 1st experience...we will be back.
