This is the biggest joke. There is a lot of rude people. They have dragged their feet on getting us power reconnected for over 2 months. There is no sense of urgency.

They have put a street light on the utility pole in my yard and angled it to where it is blaring right in my bedroom all night! AND they didn't stop there. There is a new mini sun right across the street. There is a pole in the neighbor's yard and I fear that all 4 corners of my yard will be lit up like a football stadium in the next few days. The light is literally blinding. Can't you guys put a shield over them or something? I'm not getting warm fuzzies from paying taxes so I can walk around sleepless with floaters in my vision. Thanks a lot for making my property worthless.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS I WOULD. I LIVE IN A 3 BEDROOM 1000 SQ FT APARTMENT BUT YET MY BILL IS OVER 400 EVERY MONTH! I ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND CHECK MY METER THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $100 FOR THEM TO DO SOMETHING THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING EVERY MONTH! I WORK FROM HOME AND WHEN THE BILL STARTING GOING UP I WOULD SPEND MY AFTERNOONS ON THE PORCH TO SEE IF SOMEONE WOULD COME AND CHECK THE METERS - NO ONE EVER DOES AND THEY HIRE CONTRACTORS TO CHECK THE WATER METERS HERE. I WAS TOLD MY PROBLEM WAS A WATER ISSUE MAYBE A LEAK, WELL MY MAINTENANCE MAN CAME OUT BEFORE THE NEW BILLING CYCLE AND FIXED THE ISSUE.. FAST FORWARD TO THE MONTH AFTER THE ISSUE WAS FIXED MY BILL WENT UP 100 DOLLARS TO $578! I AM OUTRAGED AND I WILL START A PETITION TO HAVE THIS COMPANY INVESTIGATED BECAUSE I DON'T EVEN LIVE IN A HOUSE THERE IS NO WAY MY BILL SHOULD BE THIS HIGH.

No power Chelsea's Run either. I called emergency # and recording said it's widespread, villages too.
From what I heard the power plant caught on fire.
If your power has been shut off, you can call 352-728-9830 and there will be an option for reconnect. If you're trying to get one of the charges refunded, unfortunately, that can only be done by Customer Service, and they are only available M-F 8am-4:30pm at 352-728-9800.
