Working in Tampa staying at the Rice Creek campground is nice all around, the Community of people really friendly, swimming pool, recreation room, laundry and restrooms a little pricey for the RV’s.

Did a Vapor Barrier installation here and was amazed at how quiet and woodsy it was. It had very mature trees and everyone seemed very pleasant and I loved the people I did the install for! I even inquired if anything was for sale because I liked it so much.

C/I March 1st, was warned by the front desk that there have been a lot of bicycle thefts on the property. Saw a bicycle getting stolen from in front of the office that 1st night! Then on the 9th, a woman drowned in the public pool. They did NOT follow health guidelines following that occurrence. Stated they shocked it. And the rain would take care of the blood on the concrete beside the pool. This place is hit/miss on friendliness. People walk through campsites all hrs of the day. Would NOT recommend!

Upon visiting a friend, one of the maintenance men on a golf cart approached me waiting on my ride and asked me if I lived there a I said No, and then he said he was going to call the deputies on me and have me trespassed for no reason. He was extremely disrespectful considering the previous time there, I was extremely welcomed by the man who maintains the pool and he said I was more than welcome to go swimming and it is a nice park but unfortunately, because I took a shower (available to the public located by the pool) I was made to leave. It's unfortunate because now I can't visit my family in a 55+ community. So, I suppose I was discriminated against for no reason.

There is a 10 year age restriction. However, with many classic rvs being restored management must first review older rvs before an extended stay.
You can get wifi from the office, & if you stay, i believe you can have spectrum hooked up directly.
I don't think there is one...just have plastic cups or bottles with lids when you're at the pool area
It depends on how long you are there. The lot rent (with amenities) if you sign a 12 month lease is currently $435. Adults only, no children. Geared towards seniors.
