I went in the drive thru just not too long ago and the guy that helped us was so rude to us. Not only in ordering our food but when we got to the window we asked for sauces and he said he would charge us. Totally fine but once we tried to give our card he said to us “I don’t need your money” like what!!!!? I will never go back. Beyond rude.

Was the worst customer service we’ve ever had, personally we like Carl’s Jr. But we decided to eat in this place but the girl was this morning has not idea what customer service is , for people like her we never come back to this place ….
