Would at ULS please hire a clerk who would be able to legally answer all of these poor souls questions. At least make it known that you cannot answer legal questions AND MAKE THE INTAKE PH# VISIBLE EVERYWHERE. My goodness but this is a sorry excuse for helping those in direst need. Last will and testament is something that you would do before you die so that whatever you have goes to the right person without fail. Trust has to do with money. Sounds like you need to find a lawyer that specializes in Last will/testament and trust. Utah Legal Services specializes in Evictions and other things.

How do I fight to keep my housing voucher and a retalitory eviction? I have zero funds and am now homeless. Everyone has a story, I swear I am in the right. Please help. Kirk Cullimore was their atty. Can I sue him for pretending he was my atty?
