The property is not well maintained, mainly the rooms. They are outdated. Towels had stain on them. I did not expect this from a 3.5-4 star hotel. Spend your money some other place if you are visiting salt lake city and need to live in the downtown. There are plenty of newer establishments with similar star ratings.

This place is just ridiculous! When we arrived, we were told that the hotel was overbooked and a king room, which we booked and paid for weeks in advance, wasn‘t available- as if it was our fault. Instead of offering an upgrade as I would expect in such a situation, we were asked if a room with two double beds was alright. We agreed, since no other option was offered. But once we were in the room, we realized that the only window was facing a brick wall in arm‘s reach! This is just a shame on Sheraton for having this kind of rooms and having the audacity of offering them to paying guests!!! I went back to reception and showed them the attached picture only to hear some blabbering about „limited view“. Alternative room was on a low floor and facing the main road that we could hear all night although we explicitly asked for something quiet. No excuse, no discount, nothing. Shame on Sheraton! Also can confirm that the room and furnishings were very dated as in other comments. Won‘t come back and don‘t recommend to anyone else.

We have selected this hotel among multiple hotels, simply for the reason that it has an outdoor pool that is open at this time of the year (late September). Since we arrived earlier, they were able to do an early check-in, despite the fact with a lower category room, which was our agreement. However, after going to the room, we found out there was trash in the toilet. We went back to check for another room, luckily we got it. The second room had a dirty bathroom and dirty spots on the towels. After our 3rd attempt at reception, my girlfriend was told that the hotel doesn't have a piccolo and nobody can take care of our bags (4 bags, 2 of them 50 pounds are supposed to be moved by 85 pounds lady). After this situation, the explanation that was given was "Nobody responded to the phone in the room, so the hotel was not able to pick up the bags". At the same time the hotel was trying to approach someone in the room, the person was in front of reception and denied any assistance. The final room was also in terrible condition, however, we were tired of this situation and decided not to raise this one more time. In the 3rd room it turned out there is no hot water, barely warm one. The reception desk's explanation was "Please turn it on and leave it for 2 minutes and it will come". We tried this multiple times for more than 5-10 minutes, but unfortunately, hot water wasn't coming (in the shower). We had hot water in the sink only. Last but not least, we forgot one t-shirt in the second room and after multiple requests to the reception desk, nobody supported us and give it back, nor contacted the housekeeping team. The supervisor was arrogant and disrespectful to the guests. Overall from any travel we had so far, including the US - we have never had such an experience from a hotel or hotel staff. Room 1 - 177 Room 2 - 187 Room 3 - 223

I don't think so, but it would be very easy to catch the train (Trax)--$2.50 will get you to the Courthouse station just a block and a half away from the hotel.

There may have been at one time but that is an emphatic no, now. We stayed down there in August and they charged us to have our only vehicle in the hotel lot. So NO. Do not expect free parking. You'll be disappointed.

What type of pillow is in guest rooms? Are they down, or down and feather? I have to purchase one. The smaller one is the most comfortable pillow I ever slept on.

Ever since covid the hotel no longer provides shuttle service to from the airport. No idea if they have any plans to bring it back since travel restrictions and loosening up now.
