my package was shipped using this carrier and this location was supposed to drop of my package 11/17. the package was delayed till 11/20. they said they attempted to drop of the package but that is lie because i was home the whole time. the next day they tried to deliver the package instead of leaving it in the mailing lockers they left it outside. needless to say someone else got a really nice $200 jacket that was for my birthday fed ex never apologized or remedy after this.

Absolute disaster. Never delivered my package after I called to give physical address. Had to call back and they said they did not deliver to my address, but never informed me! Had to drive there to pick up package. Nobody came to counter for 10 minutes. Had to ring bell repeatedly for somebody to show up. He was not pleased but I had no other choice !

FedEx is super busy this time of year because of the holidays if your pateint it will definitely get to you but when there's over 40,000 packages and end time is 7:30am it's difficult to get all of them out I understand where you're coming from and I understand the frustration they shouldn't be telling you it's going to be delivered that day if it's not. Sorry for the inconvenience I hope it gets delivered to you soon have a good rest of your day

Call in if it doesn't show up after 5 hours. But this facility is mostly packages. That sounds like Fed Ex Express or Office.
