It started with my phone call to Gail setting up my appointment and I asked for an approximate quote and kudos to Gail for explaining the process. The follow up messages were greatly appreciated keeping me informed when to expect their arrival. Matt and Casey were the best. Matt came in and assessed my junk and gave me the exact cost. FYI it was a little more than I expected but the service was great and I needed my Sofa removed. Matt and Casey together removed my heavy Sofa making sure they were careful not to damage anything in my house. They were very professional and friendly and I’m a happy camper. Outstanding service from the customer service reps on the phone and the two people who arrived in trucks. The quote was prompt and fair and a good value. They were able to clear my garage within 1 hour. The whole experience between the initial call and the trucks leaving was less than 3 hours. I will definitely use them again!

Absolutely wonderful! I have never used a service like this and I am impressed. They communicated with me about changing the time a little bit and then they called to let me know they would be at my house in 45 min. I spoke with Noah and Matt came to the house.
