I have brought my place here for years and always been very happy. Until the past six months. First there was when I brought it in to replace the power steering hose. I had originally just asked for an estimate. I was then called and told they were putting it on before I was ever given a price. It needed to be done so I let it go but that rubbed me wrong. And then not even a week later it had turned out that something wasn't attached right and the power steering cut out while driving. And now last week I brought it in for inspection and oil change. My appointment was at 11:30, when I left they said an hour should be plenty. Well- I returned two hours later and it wasn't even taken in. Why did I make an appointment? I also don't believe my vehicle was fully inspected. Two days after this inspection my front brake pads pretty much fell off! How was this missed? We were on our way out of town and had to get it repaired before we could go home. Very disappointed and will be finding somewhere else to take my vehicles from now on. Will not risk the safety of my family.
