At move in there were some problems with appliances snd fence. Renee an team resolved all problems. Fence took a few nudges because the company was hesitant to pay for it, but eventually they did. Renee is nice, sympathetic to client issues, and understanding. Much better then my last rental company.

Renee has been absolutely wonderful! She is very personable as well as professional. Whenever I have needed assistance she has always been responsive and quick to provide a solution. Renee has also gone above and beyond to help out where she can to ensure our residential needs are meet. I am so glad to have gotten into my beautiful home with Brandywine homes. And having Renee is such a blessing. I'm a single mother of 3 working night shifts 6 days a week plus overtime nightly and anytime I have had communication with her she always was understanding when I didn't right back to her. She has always talked to me very respectful and knowledgeable. I hope to have many more years with her.
