I had an above and beyond experience today at this DMV. I am kicking myself for not writing down the name of the extremely nice woman who assisted me, but if my memory is right her name is Yuly. I came in to renew my license, however, my current one I needed to hand to her was stuck in the sleeve in my wallet and I could not get it out for the life of me. She offered to help, really worked hard at it and managed to get it out. I was so grateful for that I’m like there’s got to be a survey or something I could do to express my gratitude. So 5 stars all around for Yuly! (Really hoping I remembered her name correctly though).

This office provided the best DMV customer service that I have ever experienced. Their employees are all fantastic and friendly. I'm not sure what you mean by house, but you can get your fishing license at the Tax Collector's office.
No its not required, we can take walk ins until 2pm.
If there is no mortgage on the property you can do a quit claim deed to remove one of the owners, but they would have to sign off on the deed. If there is a mortgage, it is much more complicated. Unfortunately, that is not a service we can provide. You would need to find a title agent to do the quit claim and record it at the clerk of the court.
