you guys have been notified of the abuse that Tya Lynn Posley toward her child, and she’s still posting that she is going to hurt / kill this child, and you guys gave her to her mother (the child’s grandma) to where she can still make contact and posts about hurting her child. There is something terribly and that child’s life is going to suffer because of it.

I’ve been trying to help my 93 years old aunt renew her Food Stamps. She has no computer, no smart phone or any o ether smart device, nor she knows how to use them either. We filled out the online application, it says she needs to coordinate a phone verification interview. I have screenshots of the mobile we call several times from showing we waited 1hr, 55mins, 38mins, another hr and 8 minutes and NOBODY EVER comes to the line. They never returns the calls. Then her benefits got suspended because she failed to make an appointment but there is no way to actually book that appointment!!! We started the process again and we are on the same boat. Does these ppl ever work???? !!!!!!

When you call the dcf number you are hours on hold. The reps do not disclose their names and when you ask them to provide there name they disconnect the calls.

Walking to 40

No phone for local office. No answer from workers at number provided in correspondence. No call back after leaving messages. No answer at the general 850 customer service number. Can someone please inform me of best way to get a hold of anyone in this office?
