If I could rate this restaurant 10stars I absolutely would!! Not only the food is fantastic, but you feel like you’re part of a family eating here ! Patty is awesome. I highly recommend to friends and family!!! If you want to feel at home this is the spot 😊

Great little place, has that old country restaurant feel with cute farmhouse decor! The food was pretty good but not like amazing. The eggs were runny but I know some people prefer them that way. The pancakes were pretty good but I make better pancakes at home lol (it’s always better when someone makes it for you though lol) They have a pretty large menu and the service is great! You can tell many people are “regulars” and I feel like that adds a “home-y” atmosphere. The entrance is kind of confusing. You can park on the side and either go in the back or the front door but there aren’t really any signs letting you know which door they prefer so I guess it doesn’t matter.

This is my first visit at this place. It is conveniently located on 1792 by next to Sanford. I have been in this area many many times and never noticed it but I'm happy that I found it today. My wife is one of the pickiest eaters ever and she loved it. Everything was well-cooked, there were decent proportions, and a great price. Service was outstanding. They have kids meals at a great price. And plenty of parking space. I highly recommend this breakfast joint for it's quality and quantity of food.
