You guys need to give me my money back because yall are DISGUSTING. Yall either need to CLOSE or get NEW employee roster. Why everytime I go here ya don't have anything. My sandwich was cold and my caramel ribbon crunch did not taste like a caramel ribbon crunch. Take notes from Valley Mall Starbucks!

This is the worst location ive ever been to. Order drinks online and 15 min later i stop and not started or ready at all! They seem to cater to drive thru. Why have a Starbucks app if not gna make or have people's drinks ready when they show up!! Heard new manager wants them to wait. Again app is to not have to wait. And not very nice there.

I always oder at the Starbucks in Shippensburg PA. However ifbi have to go to chambersburg, I get from here. Well used to. For some reason the Starbucks can not handle anymore then 5 people without it being a 25+ min wait. I wouldn't have an issue with the wait if they made your drink correct. For some they put some kind of cookie crumble or chocolate crumble in my darn Frappuccino. It's disgusting. To much money wasted on stuff that I keep giving them chances on.
