It's an nice place to sleep but not very good service and they only give u one coffee bag and it has to last u all day in an small coffee pot that makes only what four cups the service sucks.

Immaculately clean. This isn’t the Plaza but for what it is, it is awesome. The sheets were fresh and crisp. The room smelled clean and was super well maintained. Just what I needed for a quick overnight stop.

Book here only if it's the last place that has a vacancy in Chambersburg. The room was clean, so kudos to the housekeeping staff! However, the rooms are so outdated. The carpet looks original, 1980's, as was the furniture. The only update made in the last 40 years was the flat screen tv and the mini fridge. The lobby feels like you are checking into a bank. It is completely closed off and the only way to pass anything was through a sliding door. Very impersonal. Was this the wrong side of town? The hotel is very close to the road so very noisy. Also Wifi is awful, it worked about half of the time and believe me, we did not spend much time in our room. Thermostat for heat also did not work correctly so heater never shut off.

The location was easy to find, the staff friendly and helpful, and my room was clean. Those are the only things that I can commend. The decor was hideous. Some people might find it amusingly outdated, so that's not necessarily bad. But my room did smell musty, and the a/c seemed to have trouble keeping up during the heat of the day. (Worked fine at night) But the deal breaker for me was the shower. It was the size of a telephone booth. It was impossible to maneuver in there without touching the walls of the shower. Gross! I am also lucky my neighbors were quiet, as the walls were paper thin. I really wanted to like this place, but there are so many drawbacks I have to give it only 2 stars.
