We were here about a year ago. They sold us a kitten that was much too young. After we paid for the kitten and were about to leave, it had diarrhea. They passed this off as anxiety. However, it was barely handled. When we got home, we realized that it had fleas. Strangely enough, the store made claims that they are dewormed. We made an emergency vet appointment the next morning because it seemed frail. Unfortunately, our vet said that this is common for backyard breeding or pet mills. He was not optimistic about our kitten at all. He was too underweight for a vaccine or any sort of treatment. Basically, we were sent home without options for treatment and some emergency food. The next morning, it did not get any better. And he did not make it to the vet. It was terrible because I was there to see him draw his last breath. With confirmation from our vet, I contacted this store to which they only offered another free kitten. However, I am not interested in adopting pets from sources like these. I blame myself for not researching or understanding best practices more. I would've preferred a refund, but there is a cost to things like this. RIP little one.

What a great store. So many animals. Don’t see that much anymore at pet stores. All cages very well cleaned! And all of the staff super sweet and helpful. Thanks for the awesome pet rats! Their so sweet and cute.

Adopted two kittens. Easy process and friendly staff. Took them to the vet 4 days after taking them home and they had to be treated for ear mites and one has a heart murmur. My advice is to prepare for additional costs just in case there are undisclosed/unknown issues with your pet. Unfortunately, they will not pay vet bills, despite ensuring the state the animals are "healthy". They will only replace the animal, only if the issues are found within 10 days. By then, I feel you're already too attached to your new pet.

We have never had a puppy that did not find its forever home. Thank you for your question.
When we have them!
Not when I was there
We have live pinks (hoppers and fuzzys), mice and usually three sizes of rats. We also have live crickets in two sizes.
Yes Ma'am!
We currently have one. We get them from time to time.
Too much! Probably a kidney and maybe your liver too
We do not.
They have paperwork available.
They are $39.99.
They do sell baby bunnies, but I am not sure how young they are. I do know they are fully weaned.
No
20$ not good to buy things
Do you currently sell cockatiels? If you do, how much does it cost?
