Me and my mom came to drop off a piece of furniture. And we had the lady that was working come out to inspect it my mom said we would get it so i went inside our car and started to push it out then the lady taking stuff at 1:34 Wednesday April 14. Took it when me and my mom were gonna take it and then she rushed it and my mom fell and got a blood clot on her elbow so dont be expecting our business again until you teach ypur employees how to not be pushy and always ina rush and to clean there ears out so they can hear

This store was very unhelpful. The woman I dealt with made it very difficult to donate items, and took every opportunity to put roadblocks in my way. This is a shame because they were very nice items. Customer service training is in order., after all they are charged with helping under served communities. I will not donate to habitat again

Generally, the office is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, however, there are only two people in the office, and we often have meetings out of the office, so it is best to call before stopping by,
If you nean does Habitat pick up donations, I believe they do but you would need to contact the store to be sure.
