I went in to get information on which living plants I could add to my beta and was told by the staff member that the plant I had should be ok but I should do my research first to be sure?! I understand I can research this but was hoping for knowledgeable staff … disappointed 😔

i love this store it’s very easy to find everything & i come here frequently. however i went maybe 10 minutes ago and TJ was at the register. he was very rude and definitely just gave off the vibe he didn't want to be there. greeted me then cut me off when i tried to say hello back, did not speak the entire rest of the time, and when i said thank you it was “yup.” and moving on to the next person (who was the only other one in line and i happened to be with her anyways, he was rude to her aswell.) instead of “have a good day” or anything else. maybe you should put someone more friendly than TJ at the register because clearly he doesn’t want to be there.

I dont think they have dogs In the store. They have or had photos of dogs up for adoption. I've only been there twice
No they do adoptions they have cats adoption weekend sometime for dogs
Not completely sure but ive heard the prices are fair. I think $30-40
I think they'd say that they're not a shelter. An older guinea pig would be harder for them to sell and they dont generally accept pets with a previous owner. The ones you see in there sometimes from cvas are sponsored.
