Positive: The building was attractive, inside and outside. The room was pleasant and comfortable. It was quiet for sleeping. The AC controls worked. The hot water in the shower did not disappoint. Negative: The water in the pool was murky, which is a sign of particulate matter, usually bacterial, usually e.coli. Ick! The fitness room was much too hot to exercise safely or comfortably. The breakfast was poor. The desk staff was snippy.

I have stayed at several hotels in the area before finding this one and it is BY FAR the cleanest and nicest hotel. The manager Alicia is awesome, goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs of her guests. I stay every weekend for nurse ( I am a travel nurse who works night shift) and I am actually able to get sleep during the day because it is a quiet clean hotel. and I definitely will not stay anywhere but here .

The room was quite nice and comfortable. My only (very small) complaint might just be that the pillows seem a bit flat. But they give you plenty to double up if needed. The only downside to the stay was some uncomfortable interactions with the management. It mostly boiled down to miscommunication and differing personalities, but it was enough to make me reconsider staying again.

Fantastic place to stay for the night! This place was absolutely immaculate as far as cleanliness, smelled good, and the rooms were very comfortable and the sheets and blankets were so soft and plush I slept like a baby, which normally does not happen for me while I'm on the road. The staff were some of the friendliest folks that I've ever met, and reciprocated when I told them how much I enjoyed staying there. Simple breakfast in the morning- cereal, waffles, fresh fruit, coffee, bagels and toast, self-serve and it was fantastic.This place is a great stop just outside of Chambersburg, with lots of shopping and restaurants 5 seconds away. We will be back for sure!
