My phone stopped turning on after the battery died, so I took it to the Verizon store where I bought it. They told me they could not repair phones and recommended I go to Staples to get it fixed. Of course Staples does not fix phones so I spent a week going to other places to get it fixed. It was not able to be repaired so I went back to Verizon to get a new phone. Upon me about to pay for the new phone, I asked about the warranty. I then was told that they can send me a brand new phone for free because I had a warranty. Not sure why they didn't tell me this a week ago.

Chris sold me the wrong iPad I ended up paying a 50 dollar restock fee to get the right one that verizon won't reimburse even tho they are suppose to be the experts in this field I have to pay for his mistake. 50 dollars isn't alot but when you shouldn't have to pay it its disgusting. After reply from store.. how about doing the right thing and getting that 50 credited to my account seeing as it's Chris fault I asked for what I wanted which it's his job to get it for me he even said at the beginning we don't have it then magically found one in the back.. a different one... not to mention I bought a keyboard for the one I was suppose to have then had to waste gas and time getting that fixed and having to go out of my way to another verizon wasting more gas. This hasn't just been 50 it's cost time which is alot more valuebale and gas all while I'm in a time crunch about to start a new job. I called in and talked to the manager or whatever it's considered there and didn't get offered a resolution so I'm sure I'm just wasting more time now

Hostile, aggressive experience with one manager or at least one employee every time I go there with a relative. Expensive with no deals unless it's seasonal. Customer service is wack & non-existent. Was refused service for my relative demanding to be treated respectfully. The manager proceeded to turn around and be polite to the other customer in front of her. Horrible experience almost every time we go. I stopped going as much as possible. The one on Wayne avenue is the one is that cursed and has no customer service and does does have any customer loyalty programs or politeness/courtesy with anything at all.

I came in and was greeted by friendly staff. Justin was a big help. He was fun, helpful and transparent. He made the whole switching to another phone company easy and actually enjoyable. The store was clean and organized. This is my go to place if I need to visit in person.
