Been staying here for years every time I am in the area. Wonderful staff, Sarah the manager is on top of everything. Very clean rooms with a gorgeous outdoor seasonal pool. Has a wonderful workout room too! Excellent warm breakfast, with make your own Belgian waffles too. No complaints!

The room and hotel itself seemed to be clean. The bed was relatively comfortable. Breakfast was ok. That being said, the room's hvac system's blower wouldn't work. The room stayed comfortable, though. The shower was the biggest issue. The water was either scalding hot or freezing cold if you wanted any water pressure. It seemed to me to have the wrong type of valve in it. The only other issue was that the key card quit working on the second day. The front desk reissued 2 new cards and it was fine. Will be back there in 6 weeks, so hopefully it will be better.

Positive: It is conveniently located and the price is almost acceptable still. Negative: Something changed. I stayed may times here but i think i will find a different hotel. It is no longer friendly and welcoming, the rooms were not as clean as they were in the past and breakfast was cold.

From the weird smells throughout the whole hotel, to the really warm temperatures in the main lobby, this is the by far WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Maybe, if these problems were fixed then this rating could be a solid 4/5 stars. Do better.
