I've had to come to the Mountain View Medical Center location three times in the past week and my interactions with staff have been extremely positive and efficient. Particularly Jason who was extremely helpful and kind. Such a breath of fresh air not to get attitude like you so often do at clinics. Everyone was smiling and polite and seemed to want to go the extra mile to answer even our most difficult questions. One day we could have gotten an earlier appointment at another location but chose to wait until the next day to get to come back here.

This is second time I am having bad experience with this lab. The man who is sitting in the front desk, his name is Jason. He don't have any manner to talk. He is very rude and never smile. Today this man yelled with me. Now I know why the rating of this lab is too low. Management should kick this man out if they care about service or business.
