Are dogs allowed to ride the light rail if it's not a service animal ( no blue vest ) ?

They have done a good job βcleaningβ up the stop especially since closing the public restroom available at the transit station mostly used for questionable activities(which unfortunately also means no restroom for the rest of the commuters as well), and there is plenty of food available in the vicinity but make sure you knowingly plan and time your trip since the Mesa bus routes end relatively early (which is pretty sad for a top 5 major metropolitan area). I used to live in the adjacent neighborhood as well so Iβm partial to this stop which can get bustling in the mornings.

Phoenix is still not much of a commuters or public transit town, i.e. mostly empty cars; use it to your advantage. Time your rides well and choose stations carefully then the entire experience would be clean, safe, and enjoyable. The actual ride isn't bad at all. There are bike hooks for those who might want to go further distances in town with their bikes or hike/bike around the various neighborhoods. It's air-conditioned and 6' apart. Everyone has a mask on. π₯·π»π·π―
