What a great group of people! I was miserable with various health issues and everyone there took great care of me. Thorough analysis, sincere, and caring. If you have health issues, you couldn’t get better care. Highly recommended!

At first I contacted the office through their website to ask about writing a prescription. I received a response from Dr. Abood within an hour. He continued to answer my questions over a 24 hour period. I went to the office the next day. The front desk staff was very pleasant and were able to get me in an exam room, with a nurse within 20 minutes. I am sorry I didn't get her name, but the nurse was as good as it gets, as a person and a health care professional. She explained what they could do for me, but would NOT charge my credit card unless I agreed. She added, if I couldn't get into my regular doctor, I could come back later and complete the visit. Unbelievable!!! Highly recommend Collier Urgent Care

My family was in town on vacation when or little one started getting sick. Being thousands of miles away from home of a scary time for your child to get sick, but we decided to run him to Collier urgent care. Everyone from the front desk staff, nurses, & even Dr. R were super friendly. They really made the experience nice and helped ease the stress of our sick little one. I would definitely recommend people to go here if you're in Naples from it of town or even a local

Came in 15 minutes before closing and they were so nice and helpful, both the male nurse and PA Mike Tanner. He fixed my wound and sent me on my way! Also no wait time! Great experience! Thank you!!

I’ve had a scratchy throat for 4 days and cough frequently. I get this every year and it usually ends up going into my chest and bronchial tubes. Can I just come in to be seen? I was there last year in February for a similar condition. Thank you.

All Collier Urgent Care locations accept nearly all major insurance plans, including Aetna. The amount you are responsible for as a patient depends on the benefits of your particular plan. The 'urgent care co-pay' might be printed on your card. If not, you can find out by calling the number on the back of your card. Also, Collier Urgent Care staff can look up the information when you arrive to the clinic.

What is the procedure the clinic does when a patient walks in.

Amber Franco | Sep 9, 2018
Collier Urgent Care - Park Shore | Sep 9, 2018

Upon arrival, patients are asked to fill out registration forms, and provide identification and insurance information (if you have it). Once registered, patients are advised of their approximate co-pay or charges for the visit, and then brought back by the nurse or staff for triage before seeing a provider.
