We recently visited EPN urgent care on Davis Blvd to obtain a school physical for family members and it was a good experience, but I am giving five stars because off the person that made our children feel safe and understood. Kudos to Miss Minnie a kind a compassionate healthcare worker and congratulations to EPN for having individuals with this values. Definitely recommending to friends and clients!!!!!

Went for a sports physical for my son and every one was nice and welcoming. We had made an appt but they got us in early. We were out quickly as well. Great group of ladies!

Periodically, my ears get impacted with wax. Not everyone knows how to remove it well and safely. Minnie did a great job today. It couldn’t have been better. Dr. Linzer has done a great job in the past. The staff is calm and cheerful. As a musician, it is important to me to take good care of my ears. I recommend these folks when you need to get in and see medical professionals swiftly.

The doctor took too much time complaining about how little money he makes and how the business is run by a corporation in another state. If he had spent as much time taking care of his patients rather than complaining about his employer there would not be a 2 hour wait. I came in not feeling well, and after his dissertation about how frustrated he is I felt sicker. But I did get my antibiotics so hopefully I will begin to feel better. Patients don’t want to hear a doctor whine. And just an FYI, I heard him give many patients the same dissertation while waiting!
