This is the worst clinic. They are all nasty people. Doctors have not a clue... requires many visits bc they cant get it right. If they say they called in script, don't even ask you where to send but send , then tell you were to go. Then you go and they never called in script 12 hours later. They could care less ... plus so nasty! They should close their doors!!!!

I walked in and had no wait time. Front Desk was nice. Work area was clean. Jose the nurse attended me and was very informative. Proceeded with Dr. H and he educated me on forms of prescriptions and remedies. Overall place was nice and efficient!

I have lived in naples for almost thirty years Unfortunately I have numerous health problems. I have gone to NCH for years and I have like it. I when there recently I had Covid. I felt it was going in to my chest. I saw a P A her name was Ana Onest If you have her don’t walk out there run. She was so nasty to me and I started crying. She did a lung ex ray not. a bronchitic scope she said she was the doctor first all she s not a doctor she is a PA. She said that I am the doctor and I am not going give u antibiotics. The radiologist read the exray and I was right about the Covid It has gone to my bronchitis so she called me antibiotic. Then I had sinus infection and I when back as I was sick and she was on. I am a forgiving person so I when in and a nice nurse said I am so sorry she refused to see you. I was livid. That is so wrong.she better start looking for a new job l am on a mission to end her job at NCH. She is so nasty and Inconsiderate and a rotten Heath care professional
