Siena Lakes offers two unique options to meet your budget: an 80% Refundable Entrance Fee or Nonrefundable Entrance Fee. Details are outlined in our Residence and Care Agreement, which we will be pleased to share with you. 2. Monthly Service Package Just one check each month covers almost all of your daily expenses, including heating and cooling, property taxes, cable TV, and so much more. The cost of the Monthly Service Package remains predictable all year long.
