Arrived at 6;35 pm and parked in their spot that states to 7 pm. The doors were locked and a patient along with the 2 girls that work the desk were there. They told me they were closed and started laughing. I called the contact number on the window and the girls answered the phone laughing and stated again they close at 6:30. They didnwant to here my situation even though I am a patient there. I can't believe a medical establishment in Naples allows this . I will never go there again and I will make sure everyone I know will not go there.

Edit: To respond to owner; Exactly. Rip off, save your money unless you dont have an option. Other facilities around the neighborhood will cost significantly less for simple visit and test.

Very friendly and professional. My wife and I without an appointment was in/out in about 1 hour. They took care of our needs.

I went to Creekside Corners Collier Urgent care on 5-11-22 feeling miserable with a bad respiratory cold and had a hard time trying to get my breath or sleep I was very lucky to see DR Jaime Reyes who gave me a chest x-ray and some medications to take and 24 hours I feel amazing I should have gone much sooner. The place was very clean and everyone very friendly. My son also went here and loved them. Thank you everyone very much for a great job
