Bugs everywhere, maintenance slow to respond to tickets. Racoons and vultures constantly on property. They say they will only pick up your trash for valet if it isn't knocked over. So the racoons kicking over cans is the residents problem? If you live in the community and receive the newsletter, you know exactly how awful this place is.

Be careful, they will rob you! I visited Fourteen01 where the agent showed me videos of the renovated and upgraded apartments. We decided on a St. Kitts renovated and scheduled a tour. On the day of my appointment, I called the office to ensure them that I was on my way. I was told that the agent had an emergency and left for the day. I still decided to apply, paying $500 for the deposit and application. I went back to the office with the necessary documents only to discover that what I applied for was not the style that was advertised on the website and that I would have to pay an additional $177 to change apartments, although I explained the misleading information between the floorplans and the videos that were shown. When I asked about the style of the apartment that I mistakenly applied for, the agent said that they're unable to tell me which color refrigerator I'd be getting, the style of the flooring, the color of cabinets etc. I knew that the application fee was non refundable but when I asked if I would be able to cancel the process and receive the deposit back, they said NO because I was already approved for the apartment I applied for. They only agreed to refund $177 for the apartment change. Since then, I've called, emailed and visited Greystar and still no response. I've even left a letter since no one is ever at their Orlando office. This experience was a total nightmare and the customer service is even worse.

This is the worst community I’ve ever lived at. Gates are always broken common areas are dirty. You pay for pest control but they never do anything when you need them. Maintenance request take forever to be completed and you the office never picks up the phone. From the very begging the staff has been nothing but condescending and rude. They mess up and don’t even have the courtesy to pwn up to it. Way overpriced for the tiny run down pest infested mess that it is. Do not move here!!

Please Be aware!!!! These have to be the worst apartment I’ve lived at it’s roache infested and the staff know that prior to you moving in.They have so many hidden fee which they make up.don’t be fool by the apartment may look updated but really just been paint to make it look that way nothing has been updated just cover up in a few months after living here you will find out Everything will start falling apart.they rent to anyone the pool and gym area always smell like Marijuana.Last but not least The entrance gates are always broken because people who don’t live there tend to break them trying to come in without a key card very unsafe and dangerous.
