My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary last evening with this Sonny's location. In preparation for the event, I spoke with Scott only about 2 weeks prior. To say he went above and beyond to make everything perfect would indeed be an understatement. His attention to detail was amazing. He stayed in contact with me almost every day until last night making sure our every desire was met. I simply can't say enough about how incredibly pleased we with were with everything. The food was delicious, and our sweet server Cathy was completely accommodating in every way. Thank you, Scott for making our milestone anniversary perfect.

Called in an order, girl said 10 minutes. It was 30 minutes and I asked the girl working curbside about my order. She went in and checked. Brought it out to me and I told her if it was cold, I was going to call the manager and give them heck. While she was taking care of my bill, I checked and the fries were stoned cold. She came out and I told her that it was just setting in the restaurant with nobody bothering to bring it out to me. I asked if I could have some fresh fries and she brought me some. I could heat up the meat and beans, that was no problem, but she could of at least took my drink off the bill. By the way, she was the manager. I know it's busy and they are short handed but come on, don't say 10 minutes if it's going to be longer. Ordered Sonny's today and it was superb. St. Louis ribs were so tender, I don't remember ever having them so good. The baked beans are always good. The brisket, sliced pork and chicken were all moist and delicious. The fries were cold but that's standard when you get them to go. Maybe wrap them in foil to keep them warm. Best Sonny's I've had in a long time.

Ordered curbside takeout online and left a good tip. Showed up on location at the correct time. Called number and no one picked up the phone and their voice-mail is full, called again 5 min later and same thing. The point of curbside is to get in and out quick. We had to go inside and still wait on our food way past the allotted time from our online order. So on top of not doing their job they also took our tip. Horrible service. Don't bother with curbside. Edit: They also did not have 2 of our sides, final straw. Won't return to this location.

Service was great. Decor normal for Sonny’s. Unfortunately the food was off, not like it normally is. The meat was hard, like it had sat out overnight hard at home type. Luckily as always it’s patented and delicious sauce came through. Usually 4 stars because I love Sonny’s but 3 today due to the meat.
