Really nice place to live! Very quiet and lots of greenery and nature. The staff at the office were extremely nice and patient with me. Had to move out early due to a new job but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful area, and tasty Bob Evans right next door.

Cheap for a reason - Don't live here. Buildings are covered in mold inside and out, my wife was sick for months. Management is entirely unreasonable and repairs take forever. Run down facilities, pool constantly broken. The area floods and there are mosquitos everywhere. Lived here for a year and so glad that I'm out. Low quality, low class, cheap. Find someplace better. The response given by the ownership is absurd. I complained multiple times about water damage in the master bathroom, and it took them several trips to fix, which they did poorly. In my last days at the apartment the second or third floor had a massive leak, leading to widespread water damage throughout the dining area. Save yourself the time and trouble and find someplace better to live. That's my advice to anyone reading this review.

Love the front office staff, they’re very caring and dependable. They make everyone feel at home and are very punctual with maintenance orders and making your living experience as great as they possibly can. I would highly recommend people to make this their first choice when looking for a new apartment, the location and surrounding area is accessible to the interstate and to USF, plus it’s beautiful. If I had to say absolutely anything negative about my experience living here, it would have to be the excessive amount of mosquitos, which is in no way the apartment complexes fault. So 10/10 would recommend.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love living here. Out of the 4 apartments we’ve lived in here in Tampa this is our favorite one. We live in an unrennovated 2bedroom unit and we love it even without the fancy appliances. We been here for about 7 months or so and have never experienced any major issues. It’s super quiet and the people in the front office are super polite and responsive. There’s also some wildlife that finds their way in here because we’re backed up to the river which I find pretty neat, my favorite is hearing the owls cooing at night. Sure it’s a little older and has it quirks here and there but overall it’s awesome. Seriously considering resigning here.

I know that within a week of putting a deposit down, one was available for Nov. I couldn't wait that long and continued searching.
Last I heard, any pet requires a $300 non refundable deposit plus another $20/month in rent. Just call the office and ask for the best info.

It depends... my neighbour got theirs for 880 and I am paying 930 for 2 bed and 2 bath. Now they have 2 style of 2bed2bath apartment. The bigger apartment should go around 1000 plus
