My closet flood out in Dec 2021,maintained came and put a fan in my closet and it's runs for 3 days nobody try to find out why the closet flood out my light bill went up but I didn't complain this time it flooded out that water was running even the outside in the passage way,maintained came hired a carpet company to dry my closet out the put a huge machine in my bedroom that was running for 48 hrs stay and my closet light was left on for 48 hrs to dry the closet..I received my light bill it went up 50$ went to the secretary they said to bring 3 lightbill including the one for this mth....because they don't want to pay the extra now they want me to give them 6mths worth of lightbill... these people are the worse,....I spoke to the regional manager she is worse than the office staff, everything she said nobody never bring it to her attention, then after I send my 6 mths light bill to her she decided that it's 30$ she going to take off which my bill never goes over a 107$ but she can take the 30$ and buy lunch for she and her staff....this elderly abuse...

The maintenance technician Geraldo is the worst his attitude is horrible, he's extremely Moody, hes a liar, and he gossips on the phone a lot besides doing his job the apartment complex will be so much better if they had better maintenance technicians.

New management is terrible. It was actually a great community before the new management came. They never answer the phone for the leasing office and they are very inconsiderate towards their residents and rude. At this point, I don’t know who’s running this place but I am leaving before it gets worse as it has continued to do so since new management.
