So I've never lived here but from time to time 8 deliver Uber eats here for the last to years. All i e heard is horror stories and the look of the complex outside shows really what your getting into. Tenants are not happy here for a multitude of reasons. Everything from roaches to garage disposals backing up and so on. I was looking to move here but what it says online is not how it looks plus they are asking for to much personal info and crazy fees that don't make sense. So I won't be moving here. Also my lady went to the office and they were very rude and obnoxious which I've also heard from others. The money they are asking as well as other apartments in the Tampa and Temple Terrace area is ridiculous and not offering good quality housing at a decent price. So if your looking for a place make sure you do your research before you waste your money on places like this one.🌀🚴

I can’t even begin to describe how horrible this place is. Misbehaved kids run around daily, screaming and tearing things up as well as hitting cars in the parking lot. The pool is constantly shut down and when it’s not shut down it’s swarmed with those kids. We had a break in on January and it is now august and they have STILL not fixed it despite constantly saying they would. Unacceptable. Denise and Candace + the other girls at the office have disgusting attitudes. Very unfriendly and immediately argumentative. One time, she put her hands in my face and yelled “EXCUSE ME” because I asked a simple question. Maintenance is incompetent and does not know how to do literally anything. They come in, make a mess, and then leave saying they’ll send someone out and guess what? Nobody comes out. You have to hound the office for basic service. These apartments are swarmed with roaches and rats. The plumbing is horrible, water is constantly getting shut off. There is high criminal activity here, multiple of my neighbors have had cars stolen and or boosted/broken into. They claim there is security, but there is not. We have checked. They lie constantly. Please be aware, many of the 5 star reviews are from employees trying to save face. This isn’t even HALF of what’s wrong with this place. Please you guys, find somewhere else to live. It may seem nice at first but I promise you, you WILL regret moving to Doral Oaks. EDIT: hilarious how they reply and tell us to call them as if we haven’t been calling you guys all year to address these issues yet they won’t fix anything or get anything done. Cut the BS replies to make your business look good to unsuspecting potential residents and TAKE CARE OF THE ONES WHO ARE PAYING YOU RENT

I applied for the apartment I got denied ok am fine with that but when I told them the address they sent the check to was wrong they giving me the run around on how I will get my refund I have called both the property and corporate office but I keep getting oh we will call you back but nobody ever calls me back so am reporting them to who ever is in charge of business.

Visitor parking is a joke! They have an entire back area that nobody parks in but yet they allow their visitors to drive around and around looking for visitor parking! If you can't find visitor parking, you can't visit because if you park in a non visitor spot THEY WILL TOW YOU (they get a percentage of that too) My reply back to the Owner - sir or mam, I know where the Visitor parking is. I'm stating there's not enough visitor parking. You need more! I can't visit my loved ones if there's nowhere to park and I don't want my car towed!
