On 7 / 17 I came in like I do every Sunday I always get 24 donuts for church there was 5 people working no one came up to me the girl in red shirt was at the drive threw window I said can someone help me young boy bushy hair (African American) you have to wait I told him no can help me he said that I have a problem she is busy out of 5 people no one else would help I get 24 donuts every Sunday very rude I guess I will take my business somewhere else and let people know what rude people working there

Worst Dunkin experience ever! Ordered on the app to get there and stand for 5 minutes and nobody said nothing. I left didn't even get my food. Dunkin you owe me a refund y'all need to do better. Took a video of how the place looked it was terrible such a shame

I give the drive thru 2 stars because it is outrageously slow in the AM. If you go inside it's a bit faster at times especially if the one lady named Lauren is working. To start with She actually yells out order numbers or names so that you know your drink is coming up. Some morning she she is zoming around to get things caught up. She is always super nice even when stressed out with morning rush. I deleted my old review just to give this Lady a shout out for her hard work. There are a couple other members that actually do there job to but I wanted to point out the effort Lauren put forward to get things moving . This dunkin always had a new crew every few months and they should find out why the good people quite. So that this DD can actually get good reviews as a whole. Hopefully management and the owners see this review and fix things up there.

Ordered 2 iced latte’s with almond milk and a shot of French vanilla. I got 13 dollars of sweetened almond milk the espresso is maybe a third of what it should be . I would suggest going to Starbucks over Dunkin nowadays it is expensive but at least you get what you pay for.
