This was one of the finest Hampton Inns I have stayed at across the country, throughout the years I've been a Hilton Honors member. I especially appreciated Mary and the rest of the staff for being so warm and welcoming, and accommodating during the week I stayed in Bismarck. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best and I have had many different Hampton Inn breakfasts from Florida, Tennessee, and Illinois to Colorado and the Dakotas. It's obvious when you stay here in North Dakota that they try to go above and beyond the usual Hampton Inn experience. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this location. It was quiet and the location was great, with lots of restaurants, shopping, and medical facilities close by. You can't go wrong booking your stay here.

Great hotel. I've stayed in quite a few hotels since Covid started and even still most don't have a full breakfast. This hotel had a great breakfast selection and the rooms were great.

The stay is great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. However, one front desk employee can use a training course in Customer Service. VERY rude upon checking in. Supervisor was present to witness her attitude and did nothing. Otherwise our stay was pretty pleasant.
