The room was dirty and out dated. The shower rod was falling off the wall. The court yard would have been nice. But, the lawn was not cut. I had to go to the front desk and ask for toilet paper and they didn't have any. I had to wait for the cleaning staff to come in. There was strange activities that go on in the late night hours and early morning. Some men kept walking to a specific window, and checking it for something. It made the stay very uncomfortable.

Overall appearance of the hotel both inside and out is "tired". It is over priced for outdated rooms. The lobby and eating area have been updated and look nice. Breakfast bar was good, would suggest moving the waffle and pancake makers to the end to keep the line moving. We did not use the pool so can't speak to that.

Positive: The pet-friendly room was nice (no carpet and no duvet so much easier to keep clean). Breakfast was also very good. Negative: The bathroom had not been cleaned. Toilet paper and plastic wrapping on the floor, hair in the sink. The building is old and worn out.

Positive: Beds were COMFORTABLE!!! I slept like a baby and didn't want to get up the next morning lol. Also I forgot the lady who checked me an and out of my room but she was SO NICE!! I wish I got her name but she was amazing! Negative: Room felt rushed in some aspects. I'm not one to complain or try to get anything free room or anything, I'm just being honest. The air filters were little dirty, no coffee maker, iron cord was dangling but just small things. Still a good stay!

Jillian Marie | Apr 30, 2019

Yes. Our hotel offers a large pool that goes from 3-9ft deep and includes a rock-climbing wall in the deep end and stationary lily pads in the shallow end. We also have a jacuzzi and electric sauna in our pool area along with a few arcade games and vending machines for cold beverages.

Do you have suites and what do they run if you do?

I work at the front desk and the answer is yes. We do offer two types of suites. We have regular King Suites that include a King-Sized bed and either 2 recliners or a pull-out sofabed. We also offer Honeymoon Suites which tend to be a bit pricier but totally worth the money as you get a bedroom with a King bed and a large jacuzzi bathtub next to the bed along with a living room space with a pull-out sofabed. Prices vary so call the hotel for more information. Other than that, we do have regular King rooms that run a bit cheaper but are also quite spacious.

Can you also rent the pools to do an activity in them?

We don't close the pool down for any events but you can absolutely rent a meeting room for an event and use the pool for your event. However, the pool is always open to all of our paying guests and we don't close the pool for private events. For more information, call the hotel and ask for sales.
