Our room was decent, and fairly clean. My issues are with their “restaurant” the menu looked good so we opted to eat at the hotel vs. going out. Went to the restaurant at 5 when it “opens” looks like there’s a host stand but no host there, no sign saying seat yourself. We find a table, wait for a couple minutes for the bartender(was just in a striped polo shirt with no affiliation to the hotel to bring our menus. I order the pasta dish, comes out nowhere NEAR what it is advertised as. Never received my side salad with dinner, wasn’t even told I get one with my dinner until I looked at the menu after to verify I didn’t read it wrong! Also, if you’re going to serve a breadstick with dinner, say it comes with a breadstick not ciabatta bread…they’re not the same

Positive: I know its been a while since I've stayed at a Holiday Inn, but I don't remember ever having to pay separately for breakfast at one. I was very disappointed in the breakfast selection for the price, as well. Negative: having to pay for breakfast separately

The room is really nice, beds are firm with soft fluffy linen, which gave me a great night's rest every night. The shower ran out of hot water during my midmorning shower on a Sunday which I note because I like longer showers... the room was clean, and the refrigerator was a nice thing for beverages and left overs to enjoy during the stay. The pool area was clean and the jacuzzi was a nice temperature, I like it hot, so I was pleased. it was shared later by a couple and their two year old (I am guessing the age) but the child did not seem to mind the temperature so not too hot for kids is my point. they have a restaurant with alcohol, but we did not eat or drink here... nice lounge area with a gas fireplace. overall a nice place to stay!

Positive: The rooms were large and well appointed. They could've been cleaner but I enjoy cleaning so I don't mind Negative: This hotel has THE WORST desk staff! They do everything in their power to make your stay a nightmare. I already live an extremely terrible life, so I don't need to have hotel staff make it worse
