Positive: The staff were extremely friendly and informative. Breakfast was pretty good, they have a guy there that makes omlettes if you'd like. Negative: The bed skirt had some staining on it (it looked like something that could be washed off) and the bed sheets weren't put on all the way (they would pop off when you laid on the bed).

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Hotel. Though the bed was comfortable, there was a weird smell in the room and there was never housekeeping done - even upon request. We ran out of towels and shampoo over our four day family stay and had to request it multiple times. They also don’t allow things to be charged to the room. Our key cards would also get deactivated each day, and it wasn’t because we had them near phones or other cards.

Positive: Comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom layout. Negative: Room not real clean. Breakfast-out of sausage, yogurt, milk, silverware. Was filled once we asked. Milk and milk carton stank. Was filled once we asked. Both garbage cans overflowing. Coffee area filthy. Couldn't stomach eating there the 2nd morning.

The front desk staff were welcoming and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good complete with made to order omlets. As a Diamond member who is on the road over 280 days a year. I really appreciate the service and comfort this Wingate offers. I recommend this Wingate. I will stay here next I am in Bismarck.
