Several of the residents routinely park their vehicles (Campers, Vans, Trailers, Taxi Cabs) across the street at the end of 49th/50th Ave N at 1st street. I'm guessing they aren't allowed to park in the complex as this has been going on for months...It's a shame because there is plenty of parking available in the complex and creates traffic issues on our street. Maybe some could be reserved for recreational vehicles?

They need to adjust their sprinklers, they soak the sidewalk and anyone on it.
