Location is nice, it has a pool, 10 minutes away from downtown. The building needs a make over.

I didn't know they had one.. I was just Renting temporarily. They have been working on new balconies. Hopefully they will paint soon

No it's a all age building Jill Dupre and pet friendly nothing above 49 pound's and only non dangerous breeds allowed several unit's are up for sale we r fixing to get the balconies redone in the building as well and Spectrum basic and internet are included in the Association fees along with water and trash.

They have one called "Friends of the Wave" on Facebook. I understand What u mean try living in the building and ppl say Vacation Condos I go no. Our numbers in The Wave don't go that big we only have 6 floors the highest number on each floor goes to 22 ie 222, 322, 422, 522, 622. What is your question??
