Att store personal name Jose went way beyond to solve my problem that 2 employees on the 611 call caused and were not able fix their mess!!! With tears in my eyes I explained how desperately I needed to resolve my problem. He heard what I had to say and he found a way to resolve my problems and I’m so very grateful for Jose and his commitment to Customer Service!!! Kudos to Jose!!! I also want acknowledge the first customer service individual name Edison who was assisting me but his shift ended.

One of the BEST experiences I've had with an AT&T store and I've been a customer for over 15years. The associate Pablo, at the Winter Garden, FL store, took such good care to meet our needs and make sure we received the best services without having a dramatic increase in price to our bill. The manager of that store, Felipe, was so patient in explaining all the details of the plan changes, what to expect on the bill, etc. when i had followed up with additional questions later. Outstanding service by this team and I'll be keeping my business with AT&T because of them.

All though I believe att has good wireless Service but while signing up at this particular location it seems like there use of Deceptive salesman practice is allowed by the manager. I wouldn’t recommend using this location but made go to a different one. If your offer a promotion, make sure it’s highlighted or signed by the manager.
