Only 2 employees in the entire store. (Unless everyone went on break at the same time) I was helping my wheelchair bound wife look for clothing. After searching 20 mins we could not find her size. An announcement went over the loud speaker saying "our sales associates are happy to assist you in finding your size, color and brand." So we searched the entire store. We found 1 employee at the makeup counter with 5 people in line. Then another employee at a cash register with 3 people in line. This employee said they were the only 2 working and she couldnt leave the register to help. This is a big store with lots of customers. Having only 2 employees at 1130am on a Thursday is ridiculous. It doesnt matter if they have good merch at good prices if there is no one available to help. Too many other places to shop.

This store recieves 1 star, because I cant go any lower. This location is limited on brands and clothing selection. Poor customer service and no sales staff to assist. Staff socialize and ignore the customer... The store is unkept and need serious revamping and management Customer Service department is non existence called over and over for two days. The manager at the Clermonte store avoided the complaint and could give little to no assistance. The computer system online is inoperable for online orders... Staff is telling customers to come into store to order.

Wow, this store has such beautiful clothes! Almost everything was on sale. I found so many great pieces. Very happy to have found this gem!

Absolutely no one working in the ladies department except the cashier. Dressing rooms were full of clothes that weren't returned to the sales floor. The clothes racks were not sorted by size anymore. I had to search everywhere for a belt because I couldn't find anyone to help me. I expected more from Belk, and it took me an hour to find 2 complete outfits because of the chaos.
